We will still have your email address and other details saved in our system. Please go to the ‘My Account’ section on the website, enter your email address and select the forgotten password option. A link will be sent to you via email, which you can create a new password with to make it more memorable next time you log in to your account.

You can pay using either a credit or debit card either online or over the telephone. We currently accept Visa, Bitcoin, Mastercard, Mobicred and Masterpass. You also have the option to do an instant EFT. You will be redirected to a secure site, and in-turn to your own bank’s online site to complete the payment process.We are signed up to the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure schemes, which provide extra protection for you when shopping online. If you are facing errors on the payment screen and are using a valid credit card, please ensure you have done the following:

  1. You have selected the correct payment method.
  2. You have entered the card number ensuring no gaps.
  3. You have entered the start date and issue number (if applicable).
  4. You have ensured the billing address is a correct match to the card If you are still having problems with our checkout, please do not hesitate to email us and we will endeavour to help you further.

Placing an order with Camp and Climb is easy. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:

  1. Find the items you want
  2. Add the item(s) to your shopping basket
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Sign in or create a new account
  5. Enter a delivery address
  6. Provide payment information
  7. Review and place your order

Alternatively you may order over the telephone by calling (021) 510-8112. Our order team will be happy to help you choose products and complete your order.

Once you have entered your order, delivery and payment details you will be asked to click to “Complete Order”. It will take a few moments for the payment to be authorised and your screen should then refresh automatically to reveal your order number and order confirmation. You should also receive an email shortly afterwards to confirm your order.

If this does not happen then it is unlikely that we have received your order, however please feel free to contact us if you would like us to check.

Delivery time frames depend on the your delivery address, and whether your order is being fulfilled from our CT warehouse, our PTA warehouse or both (consolidated order).
For main centres the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.
For outlying areas: usually 3-5 working days.

Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, Camp and Climb reserves the right to extend their delivery time frames.

For orders to the value of R750 or more, standard deliveries are FREE within the contiguous territory of South Africa*.

Delivery to certain outlying addresses, including some farms may not be possible – and in this instance delivery will be made to the nearest depot.

For orders below R750, the delivery fee is R150.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase*.

Please note that certain items are not returnable.
With Receipt: Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, in the original payment method.

*Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:
For health reasons, items such as underwear and food are not returnable.
Close-out special price items are not returnable.

You have 14 days to notify us of the items you would like to cancel from the time in which you receive your order and then a further 14 days to return your items to us.

You may exchange an item by returning it to any store. Please use our store finder for local store details and opening hours. We are sorry to say that we are unable to exchange items that are returned by post to our returns centre.

To check availability against a specific product please feel free to call the store directly, who are normally happy to reserve items for a limited time.

We regret that we are currently unable to transfer stock between different stores.
